The Gas Station and C-Store world is about to be turned upside down. Over the next 5-10 years we are expecting to see at least 10 % of the current inventory to be sold as an alternative use. Given that there are approximately 15,000 gas stations in CA there will be a lot of work for our sales teams.

We are seeking self motivated individuals who already have a California Salesperson or Broker license who are based anywhere in the State and are willing to join an Industry known Brokerage house to service existing clients and establish new ones.
