SC Fuels have agreed to purchase DeWitt Petroleum on undisclosed terms. The Deal will close April 30th 2015.

Dewitt who recently celebrated their 70th Anniversary bring 12 locations to the SC customer base making them the largest Card Lock operator in the Western United states.

In a statement released today by COO Steve Greinke , SC Fuels will strengthen their market presence with this acquisition. SC and DeWitt were long time competitors in the LA Card lock market so this acquisition comes as no surprise to most of the industry experts . The trend throughout the CA retail marketing world is certainly the creation of “Super Jobbers” expect to see more acquisition announcements next month

John DeWitt has been appointed to the Advisory Board of the Directors of SC Fuels
