This Station Sale represents Synergy’s continued commitment to growth in the region having recently purchased sites in both Richmond and San Jose

This was not a simple transaction as different parties owned the land and business enterprise. All the parties had to work together to achieve a simultaneous close. This site does have some challenges which include single walled tanks that will need to be replaced but I am confident it will become a very successful location.
